Vairagya Autumn Retreat – letting go and looking within
A weekend to reorganise before the colder half of the year, with time for introspection, a campfire and a cacao ceremony to manifest your wishes. The days begin with a singing bowl and meditation, followed by yoga and pranayama. The retreat takes place in the Lower Oder Valley in Brandenburg.
