Muay Thai and Yoga

This retreat combines Muay Thai, yoga and traditional Thai massage, right in the jungle and village community of Paksong, Thailand. Part of the proceeds go to the projects of the Thai Child Development Foundation on the same grounds.

Starts every Sunday, available year-round. Suitable for all levels, no prior experience needed. Group size 1–6 people.

Who is leading the event?

For over 20 years, this beautiful retreat hotel in the jungle has been at the forefront of eco-tourism, shaping sustainable travel experiences since 2004. Situated near the riverside, the rooms and bungalows offer a great view of the nature and rainforest. All accommodation are beautifully decorated with natural material.

Yoga sessions are led by a rotating team of certified Thai yoga teachers. Muay Thai is taught by Kroo Noi, the local trainer.
