Advent is the quietest time of the year, which makes it ideal for clearing your head and arriving back at yourself. At biYou Ecoquartier in Schladming-Rohrmoos, a week of varied yoga sessions awaits you, surrounded by the mountain scenery of the Schladminger Tauern.
In the morning you fuel up with a regional organic breakfast at Bistro Bergkristall, plus a fresh smoothie. In between there is plenty of time for stillness, nature and your own thoughts, for example with the journaling book you receive from us. You stay in the room of your choice and can use the wellness area with a Finnish sauna and relaxation room.

I'm Karin, and I run biYou Ecoquartier in Schladming-Rohrmoos, an organic and yoga hotel in the heart of the Styrian mountains. As a certified yoga teacher with five years of experience, I combine yoga with what matters most to me: living in harmony with nature, mindful enjoyment and sustainability.
Our house is set in the landscape of Schladming-Dachstein, surrounded by a garden and the backdrop of the Schladminger Tauern. Here you can come to rest, learn from nature and appreciate its diversity. You feel this attitude in many small, loving details.
With my retreats and courses, I invite you to take time for yourself and simply be you.
