Vipassana – silent self-meditation in the Himalayas
At Tushita-Nepal, on the World Peace Stupa ridge above Pokhara, you practise Vipassana on your own. The centre sits at 1,111 m, surrounded by nature, with a 360-degree view of the Annapurna massif: three eight-thousanders are visible from the garden. You stay in a private room, use the meditation hall and healing bowl, and are looked after with Ayurvedic cooking from the centre's own eco-farm.

People today are often no longer able to laugh wholeheartedly – one of the greatest problems of the modern world. Here, where the true nature of existence becomes tangible, seekers discover the secret of peace and happiness through the teachings of the „art of living and dying“.
