This retreat grew out of Christine's own experience of deep emotional wounds and trauma in her childhood. She faced the pain and the injuries of her psyche, and that is how healing became possible. Transformed pain releases an incredible amount of energy because the blocks in the energy field dissolve.

The healed masculine and feminine energy come together in Christine. This accelerates and deepens your healing process and makes it possible for you to meet your inner child. Being able to feel and experience it again makes you happy and free.

It is an arrival within yourself: living yourself, loving yourself and recognising that you are light, shining out into the world. You feel your life force again and see the world through the eyes of an amazed child.

Two constellations

Because this is such an important topic, there are two systemic constellations.

• In the first constellation, right at the start of your stay, you look at what your relationship with your inner child is like and which qualities it needs in order to be connected with you, happy and full of joy in life.
• In the second constellation, you look at how far the healing process has come and whether there is still further need. You can also choose any other topic.

The place

With its healing and protective energy, Sri Lanka offers the ideal conditions for this deep and important work. The retreat takes place in the small town of Bentota. The hotel sits right by the lake and close to the beach, with a lovely garden.

Chakra cleansing

Christine performs a chakra cleansing three times. Blocks in the energy field dissolve, and the chakras are cleansed and opened further.

Body work

One metamorphic treatment, three full-body massages and Hawaiian bodywork support the healing process on the physical level. Yoga is part of it too.

Here you look at how far the healing process has already come or whether there is still further need. Any other topic can also be chosen.
