A retreat in Arambol, North Goa, for anyone who wants to return to themselves. It is about calm, breath, mindfulness, inner clarity and self-confidence. You can look forward to guided meditations, yoga practice, nourishing meals, time in nature and conversations with other participants. It is taught in English by Rashmi (yoga teacher RYT 500).
