Panchakarma – the classic Ayurvedic deep cleanse
Panchakarma is regarded as the gold standard of Ayurvedic detoxification. At Nalanda Retreat in Mandrem, North Goa, the classic cure is complemented by naturopathic elimination therapies. Trained Vaidyas (Ayurvedic doctors) put your programme together individually. You can choose a stay of 14 or 21 nights.

If Nalanda Retreat cannot fulfil a booking, it will refund 100% of your payment or offer you an alternative. It is not liable for flights or other costs outside the package.

Nalanda Retreat accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war or airport closures.
