Ayurvedic treatments such as Shirodhara and Vata-pacifying Abhyanga are combined with naturopathic adrenal support, mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), CBT for sleep and adaptogenic plant medicine. You can choose a stay of 7 or 14 nights.

Nalanda Retreat accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war or airport closures.
