If Nalanda Retreat cannot fulfil a booking, it will refund 100% of your payment or offer you an alternative. It is not liable for flights or other costs outside the package.

Nalanda Retreat accepts no liability for cancellations, delays, changes or losses caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, war or airport closures.
