A Winter Journey for Two

A transformational Himalayan retreat for the relationship you want to grow into. Slow down, reconnect and experience India through yoga, meditation, nature and conscious living. The retreat is rooted in the tradition of the Bihar School of Yoga.

There are two dates in December 2026: 1–14 December and 17–30 December. Each cohort is limited to 9 couples.

Daily Schedule

The day follows a gentle rhythm rather than a rigid timetable, flowing with the group's energy and the mountain weather.

Morning: dawn meditation and pranayama, yoga, late-morning relationship workshop
Afternoon: lunch in shared silence, integration and rest, river walk
Evening: nature and rest, yoga at dusk, night reflection and silence
