300-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Goa

Deepen your knowledge as a yoga teacher over 25 days in Goa. This advanced training covers Hatha Yoga with asanas, pranayama, mudras, bandhas, and meditation, alongside anatomy, Ayurveda, yoga philosophy, and teaching methodology. Designed for teachers looking to expand their expertise or work toward their RYT-500 certification, the course concludes with a 300-hour certificate.

The training lasts 25 days (24 nights) and takes place between November and March. An optional online preparation course is available beforehand.

Prerequisites

• Completion of a 200-hour training program (Yoga Alliance or equivalent)
• At least one year of regular practice following your 200-hour training
• Foundational knowledge of asana, pranayama, and meditation
• Good physical and mental health to handle an intensive schedule
• Open-mindedness, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude toward feedback
