Coaching for couples: an intensive programme in Sardinia

A coaching retreat for couples with individual and joint sessions: four nights in a private lodge by the sea. It is not relationship therapy but an intensive reset of the relationship. Dates are set by arrangement.

Who is this retreat for?

For couples who want to deepen their connection, break recurring patterns and work on the underlying dynamics. Not suitable if one partner is not fully motivated, expects the other to change or does not want to look inward.

Each person books their own selection call beforehand. Your reservation is confirmed after a 30% deposit. An online introductory call is included.

There is no fixed schedule. The programme is tailored to you as a couple and combines individual and joint sessions with body-oriented methods, breathwork and systemic work. Between sessions there is time for rest, nature and reflection.

Who is leading the event?

I am Monique, a BodyMind trainer and guide for personal retreats in Sardinia.

In my work, a clear, analytical eye and body-oriented therapy come together. I listen to you while also paying attention to what your body shows and which unconscious patterns are at play. Together we find out what has been holding you back and what you need to see new paths.

My guidance is tailored entirely to you and your process. I work with empathy, body awareness and plenty of experience, and I choose methods and interventions to fit what is needed right now. Trauma-related themes also have room, if it fits your needs and what is called for in the moment.

My background is in psychology and Mensendieck movement therapy. Since 2014 I have worked as a transformative BodyMind coach, guiding people who want to experience a deeper connection with their body, with themselves and with what truly matters to them.

You stay in your own comfortable lodge in Sardinia, surrounded by calm and nature, with a view of the sea. You state your preferred accommodation when you book.

Available rooms

The Beach lodge is made entirely of wood and has 2 bedrooms with good beds for a healthy night's sleep. From your terrace you look out over the Mediterranean Sea.

The Safari lodge is a large safari tent with 2 orthopaedic beds for a healthy night's sleep. It offers plenty of space and a raised terrace with a view of the sea.

The Desert lodge is a single-room lodge for one person, equipped with a good orthopaedic bed. You can comfortably stand up in it and look out over the sea.
